Total sale value includes basic sale price, EDC / IDC, club membership and one car parking; preferential location charges if any.

BOCW cess, as applicable.

TDS at 1% is applicable as per the Income Tax Act, Section 194-IA.

Any other additional charge shall inter alia be on or after offer of possession.

Maintenance charges for one year in advance, to be paid at the rate as may be prescribed by the Company, payable at the time of possession.

Stamp duty, registration cost and administration charges with respect to the buyer’s agreement and conveyance deed of the unit shall be payable additionally.
